Upon entering the hallway, guests will immediately notice the well designed touches, which feature throughout the cottage. The lounge provides a comfortable place to relax and catch up with friends and family, witha sofa arranged around the cosy wood burner and TV/DVD. There is also a cleverly designed area under the stairs in the lounge which can be used as a safe place to leave your dog, as an alternative to a crate. The well designed cottage kitchen is equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, everything required for holiday dining, and to help with the cleaning after, a dishwasher. There is also a ground floor separate WC. The dining area has an extendable table with seating for four. On the first floor you will find the two bedrooms, both doubles. Completing the accommodation is a charming bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside across the quiet country lane there is a large private garden with patio and a selection of garden furniture, ideal for al fresco dining. Please note that although the garden is mostly enclosed there is no boundary by the stream and there is also an un fenced pond There is off road parking for two cars next to the property..
