Accommodation Details
3 bedrooms, 1 super king and 2 twins. 3 bathrooms 1 shower room with shower and WC, and 2 en suite bathrooms with shower over bath and WC. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric cooker and microwave. DVD player, TV, radio and CD player. Open fire with first bag of logs provided additional logs available by separate arrangement. Ample parking. If you plan to charge an electric vehicle during your stay, please obtain permission before and please be aware this will be a separate charge. This is typically 10 per night and paid in cash at the end of your stay to the Estate Manager. Please note that the house is up a very steep drive that can be difficult when icy, icy conditions can also affect the water. Shops and pubs 3 miles away. Option to book Druimarbin Farmhouse (CA107) along with this property for larger parties!.

There are endless walks to be had in the surrounding hills and around the loch, and you'll have most of the paths to yourself. Trout fishing is available on the estate. Despite the isolation, it's only 3 miles from the busy loch side town of Fort William, where you'll find plenty of pubs and shops. Stepping inside, you'll find a spacious entrance hall with room for boots and coats and a heated drying cupboard. The house is bright and light, making the most of the views. The large living room has windows to three sides, a choice of sofas and an open fire. The roomy, traditional style kitchen/diner has everything you'll need to keep the adults and children well fed, with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and electric cooker. The table has space for everyone to gather and eat and there is ample food prep room. There are three bedrooms, 1 super king size room and 2 twin rooms, giving you flexible accommodation. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, along with a separate shower room. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor, and both have en suites.
