Accommodation Details
2 bedrooms both king size. 2 bathrooms 1 en suite with rain shower and WC, 1 shower room with rain shower and 1 separate WC. Regret no children under the age of 12 years old, due to the waterside location. Electric single oven with grill, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Open fire fuel can be purchased locally. Central heating all energy included. TV with Freesat. CD player & radio. Wi Fi included. Please Note Boiler is in bedroom cupboard and can be heard when on. Regret no pets. Small enclosed private garden with table and seating, guests are also able to enjoy the communal area. Private parking for 1 car plus 1 additional space. Oban 1.5 miles (golf course, distillery, sports complex, boat trips/ferries to Mull and Inner Hebrides), Kerrera ferry 1 mile. Owner puts a few decorations for Christmas but doesn't provide a Christmas tree, will decorate fireplace.

Jump into a steaming shower before heading to bed; the master king size bedroom has a wonderful en suite with walk in shower, and the former orangery's king size bedroom has access to a shower room and glorious tall windows for maximising the splendid views from your bed. Outside is also simply breathtaking. Fling open the French doors to the small, private terraced garden and follow the steps down to the communal garden, shielded by a castellated sea wall. It's simply magnificent and a fine chance in to drink in the sheer raw beauty of Scotland..
