It is also conveniently located to explore the dramatic coastline of North Devon and the beautiful sandy beaches of Croyde, Woolacombe, Saunton and Instow. Enjoy visiting the wealth of attractions where there is something to suit all ages and tastes including the Quince Honey Farm with its all weather indoor play area, just a short drive away. This spacious property is approached by a private lane and is situated in the heart of a working sheep farm, set amongst open countryside and 70 acres of farmland. Upon entering the beautiful single storey accommodation via two external steps, you are greeted with a light and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which enjoys far reaching countryside views on both sides of the room and benefits from an electric fire. In the summer you can open the patio doors to let the outside in, or in the cooler months snuggle up on the comfy sofa's and watch the seasons change while watching your favourite programme on the TV/DVD. The kitchen area has an gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites.
