3 Bedrooms all king size . 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC, 1 en suite shower room with WC and 1 separate WC . Electric oven and hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and storage space. Travel cot and highchair available. Parking for two cars in the front courtyard (two further allocated spaces at the rear which can be accessed via the farm track). Smart TV and DVD in lounge. Enclosed garden and courtyard area with firepit. Wi Fi included. Charcoal BBQ available in peak season (please ensure it is left clean on departure). 2 small dogs welcome. Beach 5 miles, pub and shop a short drive. Please note that currently charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at the barn, unless pre arranged with the owners at the time of booking. Slightly further afield are the rugged cliffs of Hartland, Clovelly, and Crackington Haven. There are attractions for all the family in the area, including The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, The Tamar Otter Park, King Arthur's Tintagel and National Trust properties. The nearby town of Bude offers a leisure centre, swimming pool, tennis courts, numerous shops, galleries and a selection of restaurants and pubs. Fishing and boating are available on the Tamar and Roadford Lakes. As you enter the property on the ground floor the hallway leads to the three king size bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room. There is also a bathroom on this level with a shower over the bath and WC. Next to the front door is a handy utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and storage space for beachwear and walking boots. Stairs lead up to the impressive double height open plan lounge/diner and kitchen. There is plenty of space to relax in the lounge which has a Smart TV and DVD player. The dining area seats all six guests and is the ideal place to sit and enjoy family meals together. The kitchen has all you need to cater for your stay including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a kitchen island for extra space to prepare meals. There is a separate WC on this level as well as a door with stairs leading to the private garden. Outside there is a large enclosed garden, a great spot for a BBQ in the warmer months or to spend time with the children playing games.
