And for a little more adventure outdoors there is canoeing and rock climbing at Symonds Yat, Mountain biking for all abilities throughout the Forest of Dean and for serious walking the Black Mountains just across the border. This beautiful dovecote is perfect for two, Grade II listed and lovingly restored by the owners of the farm that it is situated within. The solid oak door opens onto the ground floor, the lime plastered walls and exposed wooden frame are enhanced by the contemporary style of furnishings, relax in front of the TV, or enjoy a simple supper with views onto the courtyard garden. The kitchen has been hand crafted with solid oak work tops and wooden shelving that slips into the background. The kitchen area is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. So, when the day is done, climb the wooden stairs to the top of the dovecote where you will find a double bedroom set within the eaves, this circular room is full of character and has an en suite shower and WC.
