1 Bedroom super king size. 1 En suite Jack and Jill bathroom with roll top bath, separate shower and WC (also accessed from the hall). Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. TV/DVD and Bluetooth speaker in lounge. Welcome pack included. Enclosed garden with seating area. Private off road parking for 1 car and roadside parking, subject to availability. Shops 4 miles, restaurant within walking distance. Not suitable for children. 2 small dogs will be considered at owners discretion.

Woodland walks with the beautiful Ballathie Bluebell woods are within easy reach. The splendid river Tay is also close at hand renowned for its Salmon fishing. Visit the nearby historic village of Dunkeld, Blairgowrie with its prestigious golf club, or the city of Perth where you can enjoy a day out at the races or visit the magnificent Scone Palace. Stepping inside this lovely stylish property from the fully enclosed garden through to the light and bright lounge.
