3 bedrooms 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single (additional folding bed with bedding available if required). 2 bathrooms 1 shower room, 1 bath with shower over. Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine, coffee maker, and toaster. Wi Fi included. Flat screen TV with Sky Freeview, DVD player and selection of DVDs. Large garden with lawn and outdoor furniture. Off road parking but it is not designated for sole use of the property. Regret no pets. Not suitable for young children due to the close proximity to the canal. Note:The garden leads down to a canal. A short border wall runs along the edge of the garden with an open gap in it to access the canal, care to be taken at all times. Shops, post office, and village pub Talybont on Usk, 1 mile away.
