2 bedrooms 1 double, 1 single. Cot and Highchair available. 1 shower room. Electric cooker and hob, microwave and fridge. Shared laundry room with freezer and washing machine. TV with SkyTV, DVD and video. Wi Fi not included there is no mobile reception at the cottage, however there is a telephone in the farmhouse for emergencies. Outside patio space. Off road parking. Flexible changeovers for Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. 2 dogs welcome but sheep all around please be aware, especially during lambing season. Nearest pub 4 miles at Beulah or Newbridge on Wye. Complex of two properties. Secure garage storage for bikes and canoes in shared utility room, with separate wet room .

Visit the market town of Builth Wells (6.5 miles), which is steeped in history and has some lovely places to eat as well as some interesting independent shops. The Elan Valley (14 miles) is a must see while staying here, with its many dams and reservoirs. It s a beautiful area stretching across 72 square miles, with vast landscapes and an abundance of wildlife. This pretty home offers a comfortable and relaxing base for your holiday. The cottage style kitchen is equipped with all you ll need for whipping up tasty snacks and meals during your stay, and has an electric cooker and hob, microwave and fridge. A freezer and washing machine can also be found in the handy shared laundry room, which is a useful space for storing coats and boots or wiping off muddy paws. From the kitchen, a couple of steps lead up to the inviting sitting room, with a comfortable sofa bed and chairs which provide a welcoming spot to unwind after a busy day, with your favourite film. A dining area with a table and chairs completes the main living area. A couple of steps lead up to the two restful bedrooms, a double and a single, where you ll be drifting off into a peaceful sleep in no time. There is also a shower room with a WC. Stepping outside, you ll find a patio area which is the ideal spot for a little al fresco dining while you sit back and take in the lovely views across the valley.
