There are many historic sites, castles, museums and events to be enjoyed. Being close to southern Snowdonia you can enjoy a plethora of footpaths and cycle routes, superb fishing, varied activities and events alongside the breath taking scenery. This lovely detached house is full of interesting features and all the thoughtful little extras for your stay. Walk into the welcoming hall with the kitchen/diner to your left and lounge to your right. Just be prepared to get distracted by the panoramic views as you go through to the spacious kitchen, flooded with natural light. If you decide to eat in with your local purchases from your travels, you will find all the equipment you need to prepare a delicious meal including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is plenty of space for everyone to gather round the dining table and embrace the stunning view whilst enjoying tasty treats and catching up on the news. You will find the washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. After a full day out step into the lounge with feature fireplace, and relax on the comfortable sofas, read a book, watch the Smart TV or plan your holiday activities. For cosier nights in, switch on the electric log burner effect fire. There is a stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC, where you can relax in a bubble bath after a day exploring. A perfect spot for sundowners as the sunsets over the estuary and the Cadair Idris mountain range. There is a lawned area with pretty shrubs and borders, ideal to relax, read a book and watch the local wildlife. There is private parking for three cars at the property and plenty of space for bikes, canoes and paddle boards..
