Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Electric Range oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking for three cars. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Patio and Garden with seating. Pub within walking distance. Patio has ample space to accommodate a large hot tub which can be hired separately please enquire .

Keswick is only a short drive away a tourist hot spot, which provides an array of independent shops, eateries, galleries and parks to enjoy all on the shores of Derwentwater. This property is steeped in history dating back to when it was built as a Toll House in the late 1820s. You can still see many of the original features and sit in the the booth area. The lounge/diner is a great open space perfect for you to enjoy any time of day with a wood burner set in the heart of the room. With its dual aspect, it can be appreciated sitting in the lounge on one of the two sofas or easy chair, while watching your favourite films on the TV/DVD or in the dining room enjoying a meal at the oak table. Through into the kitchen there is another seating area and plenty of space for all the family to cook up a meal. There is an electric range cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. You will find a drying area and washing machine in the small utility room. Back along the corridor is the master bedroom with a king size bed, TV and en suite shower room with WC, followed by twin and double rooms and the main bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Leading from the porch, or through the lounge double doors is the patio area with stunning views across the fells. There is ample garden furniture and a barbeque area making an ideal location to enjoy the evening watching the wildlife.
