Local amenities include a popular tearoom and truly original village pub, well regarded for its live music and stone carving events. Set 1 mile from the rugged beauty of the Jurassic Coast, paths lead from the cottage to Winspit, Dancing Ledge and Chapmans Pool amongst others. Or why not head to the traditional seaside resort of Swanage. The streets are lined with independent boutiques, cafes and restaurants where you can try the local seafood, or simply relax on the sandy beach. An unmade elevated farm track leads to this detached property. Heading inside via the main entrance, which can be found at the rear of the property, you will find a welcoming entrance hallway. To the left is a contemporary open plan kitchen/diner with wonderful views over the rolling hills to the front. This well equipped space has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is space to dine just opposite and also a useful utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and separate WC.
