Heading south, there are some lovely coastal spots, including the beaches at Freshwater East (10 miles) and Freshwater West (14.5 miles), as well as the thriving seaside town of Tenby (15.5 miles). This cosy cottage has plenty of original traditional features, with the pretty lounge offering exposed ceiling beams, stone flooring and a wood burner set in an alcove.
