Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility area with washing machine and area to dry clothes. Highchair available. Smart TV in the lounge. Woodbuner (starter pack provided) any additional wood can be purchased from the owner. Enclosed garden with fire pit, disposable BBQ area, seating and lawned area. Guests will be able to walk around the designated areas of the farm to see the poultry, peacock and pigs. Dogs must be on a lead at all times due to freely roaming poultry. Off road parking for 2 cars. Beach 7.5 miles, shop 2 miles and pub 2 miles.
