Roadside parking permit for one car is allocated in front of the property, but you must purchase a parking ticket and display for the duration of your stay. Pub 1.5 miles, shop and beach within walking distance. Smart TV in the lounge. Patio area with table and chairs with sea views. Travel cot and highchair available. Please note the front pathway is shared with the neighbouring property. 3 sandy beaches within walking distance on site, accessed via steep paths or steps. Pubs serving food within walking distance/short drive (the Mussel Inn or The Eddystone Inn). Café and gift shop within walking distance on site (seasonal opening).

Step inside this lovely property, which is conveniently arranged on one level, to find yourself in the cosy lounge/diner. The lounge has comfortable seating for all guests and benefits from a Smart TV and superb uninterrupted sea views, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the local area. The kitchen is at the rear of the property and whilst compact, it has everything you need to prepare your meals, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Head through the property to the hallway leading to the two bedrooms, a front facing double bedroom which has sea views and a small single bedroom facing the rear. The hallway also leads to the shower room with shower and WC. Step outside the property on to the large patio area to find a table and chairs, an ideal place to soak up the sun and take in the amazing sea views that are right on your doorstep. Parking for one car is allocated in front of the property (permit provided, pay and display area)..
