The Lake District is less than a 40 minute drive, with Windermere, Coniston, and Hawkshead all within easy reach with a choice of lakes to enjoy a day out on. Once you step into this romantic cottage you will instantly feel ready for your holiday. The lounge boasts a cosy wood burner and a Smart TV for watching all your favourite programmes, a sofa and an armchair the perfect set up for an evening in together. Head on through to the newly refurbished kitchen which has all you need to create a romantic meal for two. There is an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer; there is also a lovely island to enjoy your meal with a glass of wine. On the first floor, find a double bedroom with plenty of built in storage, and next to this is the bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Finally, there is a small office with a desk and chair for those who want to fire off some emails while away. Head up into the loft where there is a cool snug area with wall mounted smart TV, perfect for a night in your own den. Out the front of the cottage is the patio area where you can cosy up and watch the stars. You will find seating and a BBQ to enjoy those lovely warm evenings.
