The bustling market towns of Keswick (7 miles) and Cockermouth (8 miles) are both a short drive away where you will find a great selection of local amenities, restaurants and the National Trust s Wordsworth House and Gardens. The Lakes Distillery, home to the Lakes Gin collection, is just over a mile away and you can book a tasting session or tour. After a day out walking, why not book a relaxing spa day at the luxury hotel which is less than a mile away from your front door; they offer a selection of fabulous treatments or you can just enjoy an afternoon tea.
