For any train enthusiasts, the village of Armathwaite is just 5 miles away and has a train station on the famous Carlisle to Settle railway line. There is a great golf course just 8 miles away in Brampton or why not have a walk around pretty Talkin Tarn, enjoy an ice cream or take part in some water sports or open swimming depending on the time of year. For cycle enthusiasts, the coast to coast route is also nearby. This pretty country cottage has a lovely timber door canopy as you walk into the lounge/dining area which has feature beams and a wood burner, where you can look forward to getting cosy in front of the TV. The dining area enjoys views across the fields, the perfect spot to enjoy some homecooked food with your loved ones. Just off the lounge/dining area is a well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, integrated fridge and freezer. On the ground floor, you will also find the bathroom with a shower and WC. Head up the cottage stairs from the lounge/dining area and you will find two bedrooms, a double and a twin bedroom (which can be made up as a super king size on request).
