Walkers will be amazed by the many routes they can choose from, whether it is from the doorstep or in the nearby Exmoor National Park. Wimbleball Lake is 17 miles away and offers a range of water sports, bird watching, fishing and nature trails.If you want to visit the beach, Lyme Regis, Sidmouth and Branscombe are well worth a visit. Closer to home, the town of Tiverton boasts a pretty canal and from here you can hire a barge for the day. There are also several National Trust properties in the area including Killerton and Knightshayes. Step inside this wonderful property to find yourself in the ground floor hallway which leads to both of the bedrooms. The first bedroom faces the front and features twin beds with a smart TV. The dining space is conveniently located next to the kitchen making it a great place for a homecooked meal. The well equipped kitchen comprises an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. There is also a useful utility room that houses a washing machine and has an additional sink and WC. Moving outside, there is an enclosed garden to the rear of the property which is a great space to soak up some sun or allow your dog to stretch their legs.
