2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin (zip and link can be super king size on request). 2 bathrooms 1 en suite with shower and WC and 1 family bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Smart TV in the lounge and the snug area. Games and books available. Ample private parking at the back of the apartment. Shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Ample, secure storage for bikes. This property can be booked alongside the next door apartment for 6 guests. Special occasions flowers, balloons and cakes can be ordered from the owner in advance. Welcome pack provided, with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Please note the front of the pub exterior is still in tact, but it is no longer a working pub.

Within the immediate vicinity, you will find a great selection of independent restaurants, shops and pubs. There is a brewery just a few minutes walk away which offers tours where you can sample traditional ales. Close by you will find Bassenthwaite Lake and Derwentwater where you can sail and kayak. For bike enthusiasts, Whinlatter has some great bike tracks. The Roman fort of Deventio can be found just a mile away at Papcastle you can walk here from the town. Accessed from an external or internal staircase, this fully refurbished second floor apartment has been thoughtfully finished throughout. As you enter the apartment into the hallway, you will find a bright spacious lounge with a Smart TV and comfy seating. The dining room wraps around from the kitchen and is open plan; there is a dining table where you can catch up over coffee and breakfast and the snug is situated at the bottom of this room. Although there is no private garden, there is a small south facing outdoor terrace with seating which is shared with one other apartment. You are just a short walk from the river and park which is a lovely place to go on a sunny day. There is ample private parking to the rear of the property with EV charging available and secure storage for bikes..
