Partially enclosed patio with seating and BBQ. There is no parking available at the property, but free roadside parking is available a short walk away. 2 dogs welcome (further dogs may be accommodated on request). Shop 200 metres, pub 300 metres, restaurant less than 100 metres. No washing machine available. Can be booked with property at the other end of the garden which sleeps 12/14 guests.

Take more leisurely walks around Derwentwater (2.5 miles), or visit peaceful attractions like Castlerigg Stone Circle (1.5 miles) and Mirehouse and Gardens (4.5 miles). Further afield, Aira Force (13 miles) is possibly the most famous of the Lake District waterfalls, and nothing can beat a trip on the Ullswater Steamers (16.5 miles). The single storey property is set out in a functional open plan style. With apex ceilings and large windows letting in lots of light, it s a peaceful and welcoming space.
