Other local attractions include Honister Slate Mine (9.5 miles), Surprise View (3.5 miles), the Bowder Stone (5.5 miles) and the Lake District Wildlife Park (8.5 miles). Several steps lead up and into this attractive house and its spacious hallway which leads you through to the fresh and airy main lounge. This light and attractive room features a high ceiling, big bay windows, wooden floors, and a coal effect gas fire, as well as plenty of comfortable seating and a Smart TV for relaxing in the evening. Exploring the ground floor further, the cheerful dining room is an ideal sociable space for you to all gather, share a meal and chat about the day. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, double oven with gas hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Next to the kitchen is a games room with pool table.
