Entering this welcoming bungalow which takes its name from the Maori word for welcome you will find the main living areas to the rear of the property, occupying an extension to the original building. There are also two cosy bedrooms: a cheerful twin room and a delightful double room which also has a TV. The bathroom features a double ended bath, walk in shower and WC. French doors lead out from the lounge into the imaginatively landscaped garden which is set over two levels. The patio has outdoor furniture and makes an ideal space for a morning coffee. Seven steps lead up to the lawned upper level, where there s further seating perfect for enjoying the sunset. The garden also contains a range of bedding plants, and you re welcome to help yourself to some of the raspberries, rhubarb, mint and cherries that grow here. The driveway has space for two cars, and there s also storage space for bikes in the back garden..
