Take a house tour or meet birds of prey at Muncaster Castle and Gardens (10 miles), or board a heritage train on the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway (10 miles) La al Ratty in Old Cumbrian which runs between Ravenglass and Dalgarth, where you ll find Eskdale Mill and the quaint village of Boot.
