Visit the beautiful Cathedral City of Exeter with a plethora of shops and restaurants. Closer to the cottage there are many great fun places to visit including Crealy Theme Park, Quad World, The Bear Trail a little bit further afield is National Trust Knighthayes Stately Home and Gardens with magnificent medieval surprises. For those that are keen to explore walking around Devon there is Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks, both with stunning moorland walks and rich history of rare wildlife. As you enter the property there is a compact porch where you can leave your muddy boots. Stepping through the back door you enter the hallway where you will find a separate WC. Walking through to the cosy lounge there is comfy seating with a Smart TV and a wood burner to snuggle down on those cooler evenings, from here there are patio doors leading out onto the patio. The pretty kitchen has been fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. The dining table is in the centre which is great for entertaining and spending a night in with family and friends trying out new recipes. Upstairs to the first floor are three bedrooms, two have double beds and one with a dressing table and the third with a single bed. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC. Outside there is a small patio area with a patio table and chairs and a gas BBQ to enjoy the summer evenings dining alfresco. To the back of the cottage is a private enclosed field with a pond to enjoy picnicking or to take your dog for a walk. There is private parking for up to three cars..
