The stunning Norfolk Broads are within 19 miles where you can hire a boat for the day to explore the vast, picturesque waterways and visit Winterton on Sea (9 miles) to pay the resident seal colony a visit. You enter this wonderful three storey townhouse and arrive in the entrance lobby which leads off to the garage on the left and a ground floor shower room with WC. You can also kick off those walking boots here before heading up the stairs to the first floor which leads you to the modern style open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area which has been lovingly designed with a social aspect in mind. The lounge has a large sofa and an armchair both comfortable and able to seat up to four guests, so cosy up with loved ones after a long day out exploring and put your favourite show on the Smart TV while you relax and unwind. Heading up to the second floor, there are two bedrooms, a king size and a double, both with plenty of storage space for clothes and personal items and both have a TV/DVD. You also have a bathroom with a bath, shower attachment, and WC, so run yourself a hot bath after a day out on the beach and soak those tired legs. There is a small courtyard area to the rear of the property accessed from the ground floor, There is a public pay and display car park directly opposite the property although there is no charge between the hours of 4pm and 8am seven days a week. Long term parking is also available close by for 6 per day..
