A larger beach with its pebble ridge at Westward Ho! is just 3 miles away or you may prefer to walk along the coast Southwest Coast Path to get there. Visit nearby Bideford (under 5 miles) where you will find a range of more shops, pubs, and restaurants. For a fun day out for the little one s kids, visit The Big Sheep 4 miles or The Milky Way and Wake Park which is just over 11 miles from the property. Entering through a single oak door leads you into the glorious Mediterranean style central courtyard. The house has the feel of its very own private community. The private courtyard sits in the centre of all the properties. The house itself comprises five bedrooms arranged over three floors, with a wealth of character features. Stepping into the property through an entrance hall with a decorative tiled floor, the lounge to your left beckons you to relax on the comfortable sofas with a Smart TV, the perfect spot after a busy day exploring. Leading Next is the on to the kitchen/diner, a great social space with slate floor and island unit with granite work surfaces. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need including a double oven, with plate warming drawer, gas hob, microwave and American style fridge/freezer. A large farmhouse table and bench seating allow everyone to be able to sit together at mealtimes. A utility room sits off the kitchen area with a washing machine and dishwasher. A separate WC can also be found on this level. A classic Victorian staircase leads up to the first floor which contains a family bathroom with a bath, WC, and a separate shower. Heading outside, at the end of the shared Mediterranean style courtyard, through an archway and to the left, you will find a private south south facing walled garden with lawn, slate patio area ideal for al fresco dining with the BBQ.
