Heading east, you can dive into the Lake District, with beautiful Eskdale nearby (5.5 miles), and the Wasdale Valley leading to the glorious expanses of Wastwater (6.5 miles), and on to England s highest mountain, Scafell Pike (9 miles). Make your way into this lovely open plan cottage and enter the lounge area, the ideal place to melt into the sofa after a day out and about exploring this picturesque region. Enjoy a cosy night in front of the Smart TV catching up on favourite programmes or watch a film on the Blu ray DVD with the open fire roaring. The dining area offers a place to enjoy a family meal and chat about the day s activities and adventures. Move into the kitchen, down a step, and you will find all you need to create the perfect family meal, with an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, and fridge. Outside in the garden, there is a useful utility building with a washing machine, sink and freezer. Heading up the stairs to the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a double bed, and a snug area with an armchair, a range of books, maps and games for you to enjoy the perfect place to sit back and relax after a busy day exploring.
