2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin (please note the twin bedroom has low head height and a steep staircase leading up to it). 1 bathroom with bath, separate power shower, and WC. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave and fridge. Exterior utility room in garden with washing machine, sink, and freezer. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Open fire in the lounge (first basket of logs included). Smart TV and Blu ray DVD player in the lounge. Patio area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. Secure bike storage available in the utility building. Limited roadside parking or 2 free car parks within walking distance. Shop, pub, restaurant, and café within walking distance.

Heading east, you can dive into the Lake District, with beautiful Eskdale nearby (5.5 miles), and the Wasdale Valley leading to the glorious expanses of Wastwater (6.5 miles), and on to England s highest mountain, Scafell Pike (9 miles). Make your way into this lovely open plan cottage and enter the lounge area, the ideal place to melt into the sofa after a day out and about exploring this picturesque region. Enjoy a cosy night in front of the Smart TV catching up on favourite programmes or watch a film on the Blu ray DVD with the open fire roaring. The dining area offers a place to enjoy a family meal and chat about the day s activities and adventures. Move into the kitchen, down a step, and you will find all you need to create the perfect family meal, with an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, and fridge. Outside in the garden, there is a useful utility building with a washing machine, sink and freezer. Heading up the stairs to the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a double bed, and a snug area with an armchair, a range of books, maps and games for you to enjoy the perfect place to sit back and relax after a busy day exploring. Off from here is the bathroom with a power shower, a lovely double ended bath positioned in the alcove for you to lay back and enjoy a good soak, and WC. Carrying on up to the second floor, you ll find the twin bedroom with built in storage, original beams (please mind your head!), and lovely views of the fells through the Velux window. Head outside to the patio area with a table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee, or fire up the charcoal BBQ and dine alfresco. There is also a lockable utility building that can be used for bike storage. The courtyard garden with an outbuilding, has low fences on two sides and a shared pathway running along the top where access is required for neighbouring properties. There is limited roadside parking, but there are two free car parks in the village within walking distance of the property.
