First floor apartment. Rear garden with patio, BBQ and seating. Ample off road parking. Pubs and shops within easy walking distance. Dogs must be kept on a lead when outside the property as there are sheep and horses in the nearby fields. Due to the steep nature of the stairs, this property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

At the weekends and on Bank holidays during the summer a trip boat named The Audlem Lass cruises every half an hour from lock 15 at Moss Hall Bridge to the Marina where there is a cafe serving refreshments and lunches. Open the front door and you will find a welcoming hallway providing space to store your walking boots, then head up the steep stairs to reach the first floor apartment accommodation. The main hallway is spacious and offers lots of character with a dresser displying leaflets with information on the local area.
