All year round there are lovely beach walks within easy reach and a visit to see the seal colonies at Winterton on Sea (11 miles) is a magical experience. As you enter this charming property, you arrive in the entrance hall which leads into the open plan lounge/diner. When you walk in the lounge you immediately get a homely feel with two large comfortable sofas surrounding a Smart TV, so you can put on your favourite show and cosy up of an evening with a loved one after a busy day exploring the area. The dining table seats up to four guests and provides a great spot for morning coffee, a light snack or a hearty meal which the chef of the group can prepare in the kitchen which has an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, ideal for getting any sand out of your pockets after a day out by the coast. Heading upstairs you have two bedrooms where there is plenty of storage space to hang up clothes and store any belongings. The master bedroom is a king size with TV and bedroom two is a twin, and both share a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
