Enjoy a day on the vast golden sands with the iconic Tenby harbour view. The town centre, and the famous town walls, can be reached within 700 yards. There are plenty of shops to browse, plus many independent bars and eateries making Tenby a haven for foodies in West Wales. For a family day out, Manor Wildlife Park and Heatherton World of activities can be reached in 3.3 miles, Folly Farm Adventure Park & Zoo is 6 miles away and, for the thrill seekers, Oakwood Theme Park can be reached in just under 11 miles. You enter the apartment via some external steps up to the front door. On entering you are welcomed into a cosy hallway with space to kick off your shoes and hang your coats. Your lounge/dining area is to your left and the lounge area has been equipped with a comfortable, L shaped sofa and an armchair centred around the Smart TV. Cosy up after a day at the beach with your favourite programmes or stream a movie with your family. The dining table is towards the back of the room with views out into the garden. Open the French doors on warmer evenings and make the most of the open space. The kitchen is on the opposite side of the hallway to the lounge and was refurbished in 2022. The contemporary units and appliances offer everything you need in a practical kitchen to prepare your meals or a simple picnic for your day out. There is an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, plus all your basic utensils and crockery that you would need. Further down the hall, you will find the two bedrooms. The first is a double room and the second is a twin room both rooms overlook the garden and have been provided with enough home comforts to provide guests with a great night's sleep. There is storage for your clothing and belongings in the bedrooms but the apartment also benefits from additional storage and hanging space in the main hallway cupboard. The family bathroom has a large, double shower and WC. Externally, there is a garden patio with dining furniture so you may enjoy your meals al fresco. There is also a raised flowerbed with gravel and rose bushes which are beautiful when in flower. To the front there is off road parking for 1 car within a designated bay.
