The nearby villages of Appledore and Clovelly are both well worth a visit This delightful cottage is accessed down a flight of stone steps leads you into the welcoming kitchen/diner, well fitted and equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, the dining table and chairs make this a cosy social space. Just off the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer plus sink and storage, and a stylish tiled shower room with a walk in shower enclosure and WC. The warm and comfortable lounge is next with a large feature fireplace with a wood burner (first supply of logs included), a Smart TV, sofas, and underfloor heating, a door leads out to the garden from here. Heading up the stairs to the sleeping accommodation which consists of two spacious bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin. The family bathroom completes the accommodation and has a freestanding bath, with WC and heated towel rail. Stepping outside there is an enclosed paved patio area directly outside the back door with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ.
