Being in the southernly tip of Snowdonia National Park, you can enjoy an abundance of footpaths and cycle routes, superb fishing, and other activities and events in and around this stunning scenery. For the more adventurous there s the National White Water Centre, Glan Y Gors Go Karting, Go Below at Betws y Coed, Zip World Slate Caverns at Blaenau Ffestiniog, and the mountain bike trail centre at Coed y Brenin Forest Park, all within 15 miles. This is an all year round destination. This single story Grade II listed house has a lovely feel with all you need for your holiday. Enter the hall, and to your left is the stylish bathroom with a corner spa bath, and WC. To your right is the kitchen/diner with Smart TV. If you decide to eat in, with local purchases from your travels, the kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining table is the perfect setting to enjoy a meal together while planning your holiday activities. After a full day out, walk through to the lounge, relax on the sofa to enjoy your favourite programmes on the Smart TV or switch on the electric log effect fire for cosy nights in. When you re ready for bed there are three bedrooms to choose from, all designed for a good night s sleep. There s the double with Smart TV, en suite shower and WC, the twin bedroom also with a TV, and finally there is the spacious single. Make the most of this superb location at Bala Lake, on the edge of the owner s caravan park, with direct access to the lake for boating, a children s play area, and an enclosed garden. You can enjoy morning coffee at the picnic bench or maybe light the charcoal BBQ for a spot of al fresco dining in the sunshine. You are welcome to explore the whole park and access the lake. There is private parking for three cars at the property, and a lockable shed for bikes..
