1 bedroom double. 1 shower room with shower and WC. Combination microwave/oven, 2 ring electric hob, fridge with small freezer compartment. Welcome pack provided. Smart TV. Private decked area with seating, hot tub, and sun loungers. Parking off road for 2 cars. Shop/garage 3miles, pub 1.5 miles. Horses and goats reside in the paddocks opposite the pod. Sleeps 2 1 (sofa bed in lounge area). Regret that property does not have an EV charging point and the property electricity supply cannot be used for this purpose. There are three charging points situated in Llandrindod Wells only 6 miles away (High Street Car Park & Metropole Hotel).

Travel 15 miles to the historic market town of Builth Wells, home to the annual Royal Welsh Show and a very picturesque 18 hole golf course. Get up close and witness the magnificent red kites being fed just 10 miles away in Rhayader. Step into this homely retreat where you will find a comfortable living area with a sofa that doubles as a second double bed, alongside a dining table and chairs, and a Smart TV.
