Located less than a mile away, down the farm track there s a pub and a well stocked local shop for any last minute essentials. The beautiful university city of St Andrews, home of golf, is less than 10 miles west. Magnificent castles, picture postcard fishing villages, and a spectacular coastline are all waiting to be discovered. Cross over the Tay Road Bridge and into Dundee, the UNESCO City of Design to visit the V&A, located less than 10 miles away. Step into this contemporary, modern eco lodge with a living sedum roof and supplied by sustainable energy. Enter the utility and boot room with a washer/dryer, perfect for muddy footwear. Take in the beautiful scenery from the open plan kitchen/living areas, and apex windows. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with a range electric oven with gas hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher along with an island with breakfast bar.
