Stepping into the property through the front door brings you into a large entrance hall with real oak wooden flooring, a grandfather clock, a chaise lounge, bookshelves heaving with titles for you to enjoy and an impressive staircase. The large lounge has a wood burner (initial supply of logs provided), a Smart TV and plenty of comfy seating and doors leading out to the terrace and garden beyond. A welcoming kitchen/diner offers everything you need to be able to cook and dine in style, including an electric oven and hob, Aga (seasonal), American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A large farmhouse table allows ample room for everyone, and an island unit allows room to prepare and cook. A door leads out to a rear terraced area and is ideal for BBQs or morning coffee. The large utility room has a Belfast sink, washing machine and tumble drier and is ideal for washing off muddy paws, and kicking off boots and shoes. A large pantry is off the utility room and is ideal for storage of that essential food and drinks. A useful WC is off the hallway next to the kitchen. A smaller but bright and airy dining room offers a little dining table and chairs as well as a separate desk, ideal for those who need to study or work whilst away. A further room offers table tennis and a host of games and puzzles, ideal for those rainy days. The family bathroom completes the accommodation and has a shower over the bath, bidet and WC. Stepping outside, the garden wraps around the property and provides plenty of space to sit and enjoy the peace and tranquillity as well as the natural wildlife. A path leads down through the woods towards the lake (children and pets must be supervised at all times) and here you can enjoy a picnic or a drink while watching the sun go down.
