Utility area next to the bathroom with washing machine. TV available in the lounge. Please note towels and bath mats are not included. Enclosed garden with steps to a lawned area with table and chairs. Unallocated on street parking for 2 cars. Shops 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Regret no BBQ's permitted due to the thatched roof. Narrow cottage style stairs and beams. Regret cottage not suitable for children under 10 years.

Within 11 miles is the World Heritage site of Stonehenge, Woodhenge, Cranborne Chase (AONB) and The New Forest National Park which leads to the coast. All of these offer an abundance of wonderful walking routes to explore. Head 10 miles east and meander through the beautiful rose garden at Mottisfont. Go south to visit Lymington, Burley or Beaulieu Motor Museum and Palace House, all within 20 miles. A path leads to the front door. Once inside there are hooks for your coats and you enter into a charming sitting room. This cosy and characterful room has an open fire and TV, plus four comfortable chairs making it the ideal place in which to relax after a day of exploring. The contemporary kitchen leads off from the sitting room. The kitchen has underfloor heating and a good sized table with seating for four guests. A stable door in the kitchen leads out to the idyllic cottage garden. There is a garden table and chairs for use during your stay.
