2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 bunk bedroom. 1 shower room with walk in shower and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Highchair available on request. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Smart TV/DVD. Enclosed courtyard with patio furniture. On street parking (free and subject to availability). There is room at the cottage for bike storage. Plenty of local amenities within a couple of hundred yards including fishmonger, pub, cafes, fish and chips, takeaways and a selection of small independent shops. The high street is within ten minutes walk, as is a supermarket, cinema and a range of shops.. The beach and its promenade are just a few minutes away. Dogs are welcome on the beach all year round although, during the summer months, one small part of the beach is reserved as a dog free area.. Please note there are some steep stairs in the cottage.

The famous Broads are a short drive away, while Gorleston Golf Club is close by and offers a warm welcome to visitors. An entrance porch leads into the coastal theme living areas which, on the ground floor, include a charming lounge with sofas, a Smart TV, and a wood burner for cosy nights in.
