3 bedrooms 1 double, 2 twins. 2 bathrooms 1 with shower, bath and WC, 1 with bath/hand held shower and WC. Electric oven and hob, fridge, slim dishwasher and microwave. Two shared automatic washing machines and a tumble drier (operated by coin meter) is located in a separate laundry room. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Wood burner (first basket of logs provided). Smart TV in lounge. Communal courtyard with benches, access to shared gardens including a water garden area with a pond and bridge. Private parking for 2 cars. Communal swimming pool, sauna and hot tub (allocated times apply and children must be supervised). Pub is a short walk away, is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and serves food at weekends and shop 5 miles. PLEASE NOTE This property is not suitable for parties due to being in a residential area and the owners kindly request that you consider the neighbours by keeping the noise down outside after 10pm.. Please note there are head level beams in first floor bedrooms.

Less than 5 miles north of Pickering, you ll have plenty to do and explore right on your doorstep. Head 3 miles north of the village and you ll find Cropton Forest, with plenty of great walks available. Travel another 18 miles and you ll reach the fishing town of Whitby or you can travel there by steam train on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, taking in some beautiful moorland scenery on the way. A little further down the coast is Scarborough (23 miles) with its two sandy beaches, amusements and castle. With an open plan kitchen/dining area, this three bedroom haven is ideal for a family trip or gathering with friends. You ll feel instantly at home.
