The delightful fishing town of Padstow is 7 miles away, and the hugely popular town of Newquay, with its five famous beaches, is also situated within 10 miles. Other local towns and villages include Port Isaac (the picturesque town portrayed in TV s Doc Martin), the surfing mecca of Polzeath, and the magnificent cathedral city of Truro all within 20 miles. Attractions include the fascinating Birds of Prey Centre that s within a mile, and further afield, the Lappa Valley Steam Railway, the Oasis Fun Pool, the Eden Project and Cornwall Crealy Adventure Park are all within 10 miles.
