St Ives is just a 1 mile walk and has a good amount of independent shops and eateries as well as the beautiful harbour and numerous art galleries in the town. For keen walkers, the South West Coast Path can be accessed through the communal gardens and leads you to some beautiful spots along the rugged Cornish coastline. After entering the apartment, you will be blown away by the view across the beach. The lounge/kitchen/diner is a wonderful place to relax with patio doors leading to a private balcony.
