Private parking for 1 car (further parking on the road, subject to availability). Please note this property is beamed and in some places the head height is restricted. Hop on a train from Axminster and travel further to Exeter to explore the City or you can drive south to the ever popular Jurassic Coast and visit the seaside towns of Beer, Seaton and Lyme Regis are all within a 7 mile drive. Step into this lovingly furnished cottage and you re welcomed by the spacious kitchen/dining area. This is a well equipped spot and is perfect for enjoying meals together around the wooden table. Moving into the lounge area, the large wood burner, Smart TV and comfortable sofas make it the ideal place to unwind. Moving up the stairs, you come to the two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Completing the top floor is the spacious family bathroom. Outside through the French doors in the lounge is a tranquil courtyard space where you can unwind in the sunshine.
