Travel cot and highchair available. Smart TV in the lounge. No garden, space for up to 6 bikes in the hall, or paddleboards and such. A choice of pay and display car parks within 500 metres. Shop and pub within half a mile, and beach within 1.5 miles.

Visit National Trust s Bodnant Gardens, the Welsh Food Centre and Adventure Parc Snowdonia, and enjoy birdwatching at the RSPB reserve and fishing in the lakes, all within 8 miles. There is so much to see and do at this all year round destination, with the very best North Wales has to offer. The boutique styled maisonette is accessed from the pretty street into the hallway with space for your bikes and outdoor attire. Walk upstairs to the creatively designed kitchen and lounge/diner. Enjoy interesting artwork as you wander through the spaces. The kitchen is a lovely room to rustle up a meal with your local purchases from your travels, or maybe pop to the specialist cheese shop below. Once ready, walk through to the dining table in the lounge, perfectly positioned by the window with views over the town. After your meal relax on the sofa, watch a film on the Smart TV or plan your holiday activities. Also on this floor is the lovely bathroom, take a leisurely bubble bath and ponder your day. When ready for bed, walk up to the three bedrooms all designed for a good night's sleep and choose between the charming king room with vaulted ceiling and en suite shower room on the third floor, or on the second floor, a large king size room with a day bed to relax on, or the lovely double.
