3 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 double, and 1 single with an additional trundle bed. 1 bathroom with a rainfall shower and hand held shower attachment over the bath, and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, breakfast bar, fridge/freezer. Utility with washing machine. Welcome pack. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Smart TV in lounge. Various garden areas with outdoor seating, BBQ, hot tub and enclosed lawn with fire pit. Private parking for 2 cars. Shop and pub 1 mile, beach 10 miles. Perfectly situated to explore both Cornish coastlines including the fishing villages of Mevagissey and Charlestown Harbour, the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Tregothnan, Trewithen, and Caerhays, all within 15 miles. Heading north, you'll find Newquay with its array of beaches and water sports galore. Enjoy a day at Newquay Zoo or Waterworld, which are also within 15 miles. With character throughout and tasteful interiors, this is a wonderful Cornish delight with a blend of old and contemporary comforts. Relax on one of the comfortable chairs or sofa and watch the Smart TV after a day of exploring. Head through the dining area with seating for all and up three steps into the light and contemporary kitchen, equipped with everything you ll need for your holiday. From here, you can access the utility and family bathroom. The steep cottage staircase takes you to the king size and single bedrooms, both with plenty of storage. Outside, you are spoilt with choice with three garden areas to unwind in including a patio terrace with seating and BBQ, and an enclosed and private hot tub to bubble away under the night sky.
