On arrival, enter into the porch and take a small step down into the hallway, from here you'll find a blend of modern comforts and original features with two steps down into the original part of the cottage and on into the cosy games room with comfortable seating, a wood burner, a foldable games table, board games and ample books to read. You then step into the lounge, which is spacious and comfortable with an exposed stone fireplace housing a wood burner and a Smart TV. The dining room/ garden room has sliding doors that bring in lots of light and open out onto the patio area in the garden. Take two steps up into the stunning kitchen with a beamed ceiling and a feature wooden wall, this is a fabulous social space to catch up with family. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your holiday and even has a breakfast bar and sofa. Heading back into the hallway there is a downstairs shower room. Upstairs you will find both bedrooms, a double and a twin, both with vaulted ceilings and original wooden flooring and sharing a Jack and Jill style bathroom.
