With the town also being conveniently located beside the A39, this is a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall, and days out could include visits to the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Port Isaac and Tintagel, all within 26 miles. Take the few steps along the calm riverside to the front entrance of the apartment, upon entering you will soon notice the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
