Powis Castle and Gardens are 4.5 miles away and well worth a visit. The medieval towns of Shrewsbury (19 miles) and Bishops Castle (15 miles) offer more fantastic days out with unique, independent shops and fantastic pubs and restaurants. After a busy day exploring the wonderful area, head back to the property which has been renovated with comfort in mind to be able to truly relax and unwind.
