Walking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with the South West coastal path and 15 miles from Exmoor National Park with woodland walks. Cyclists will love the Tarka trail with 180 miles of off road safe cycling passing tearooms and stunning views along the coastline. Entering this charming detached holiday home you will appreciate the light and airy feel and the open plan lounge/kitchen where you can relax on the comfy sofas after a day of adventure. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a favourite recipe and sit at the dining table with your family and friends. To the main part of the property, there are 3 bedrooms, a king size bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC, a twin bedroom and a double zip n link bedroom (can be made as twins on request). There are patio doors onto a pretty little patio area and stunning estuary views to wake up to and enjoy during your stay. The main garden is full of flowers and shrubs and offers a private area where you can dine outside on the lovely evenings and relax on the patio furniture whilst enjoying the Charcoal BBQ. Also in the garden, there is storage for bikes and a surfboard rack, lots of hanging rails for wetsuits and a hot outdoor shower.
