1 double bed with 4 drawers underneath. 1 en suite shower room with walk in shower and WC. Combination microwave oven, induction hob and fridge with ice compartment. Wood burner (logs included). Smart TV. Fold down dining table. Raised deck with furniture and lawn with hot tub. Hot tub towels are provided. A complimentary, daily farmhouse cooked breakfast made with homegrown ingredients is served in the adjacent bed and breakfast, or brought to the hut by arrangement. Off road parking for 1 car. Beach 3 miles, shop 2 miles and pub 1 mile.

Many of the region s best loved attractions are close at hand, including the pretty streets of Lyme Regis (8 miles), Symondsbury (5 miles), Charmouth Beach (5.5 miles), which is a great spot for fossil hunting, Morcombelake (3 miles) with its popular farm shop, the eclectic town of Bridport (5.5 miles), home to twice weekly markets and ever popular West Bay (7.5 miles). Set within the owner's small working farm, yet with privacy assured, you access the property via stepping stones leading to the covered entrance of this purpose built shepherd's hut, which is positioned to make the most of the amazing views. Once inside, you are met with a surprisingly spacious studio area, with the kitchen to your left and room to dine to your right. A wood burner keeps the space cosy whatever the season and you can enjoy watching your favourite shows on the Smart TV whilst you snuggle up in the double bed. Just off from the sleeping area is a contemporary en suite shower room with WC. To the front of the hut is a generous raised deck with furniture. From here you can see for miles and if you re lucky, you ll catch a glimpse of the sea on a clear day. Enjoy a sundowner or your morning coffee before sinking into the private hot tub, which is tucked beside the hut and surrounded by an area of lawn, enclosed by hedging..
