Swimming pool winter opening 30/10/22 10/02/2. The swimming pool, hot tub & sauna will be closed 30/10/22 10/02/23. There is a small charge for use of the sauna ( 1 for 20 minutes and hot tub ( 2 for 20 minutes). The beautiful garden has an allocated garden area, furniture and BBQ. Complex is set in 7 acres of beautiful countryside. Parking available in the onsite car park. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 3.4 miles and beach within 5 miles. Dog friendly with dog exercise field, warm dog shower & unlimited dog towels.

Polruan a 2 mile walk offers a couple of great pubs to enjoy a Cornish lunch overlooking the harbour or a cream tea in the local cafe. Here you can take the passenger ferry and venture across to Fowey with its quaint streets full of boutique shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and take lunch on its quay overlooking the spectacular harbour. Further attractions include The Eden Project (12.9 miles), The Shipwreck Centre (15 miles) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan (21.4 miles).
